Once you complete the Home Study Course, contact us to schedule your Notary Exam at one of our seminar locations. The Home Study fee includes the cost of registering to take the exam at our location.

Whenever you wish, you may pre-register for the exam at one of our live seminar locations by calling 800-873-9865.
Bring the following to the examination site:
1. A completed Notary Application
Please complete this application before arriving at the testing site. Follow the directions provided within the application.
2. Complete the registration form and affidavit form. These forms are included in the Home Study program. You must bring these with you or you will not be permitted to take the exam.
3. You will also need to bring with you a passport-style photo (2"x2") or one can be taken at our location for $10.
4. Bring a valid driver's license or passport with you for identification.
5. A check or money-order made payable to the Secretary of State for the application fee and testing fee.
6. Two (2) number two pencils.
The Secretary of State will require an additional check or money order for $40 to cover the application fee and processing the examination. You may take the state exam at your convenience at many state-wide CPS testing locations. Instructions for selecting an alternative testing center are included in the Home Study Program.
