If you are registering for a notary seminar class, the class selection below is $69.95 for a 6-hour class. If you are want to take the 3-hr class instead, you will be able to make that selection on the next "CHECK OUT" page. The class price will then be reduced ($10.00) to $59.95 upon checkout.
If you have a six (6) hour notary seminar class in your cart, do not switch to a 3-hour class unless you know that you qualify as a current California Notary and your commission will not expire on or before the class date. The Secretary of State will not accept applications for those who sign up for the 3-hour seminar if that person did not meet the qualifications. Please note that only the 6-hour seminar class includes a guarantee of passing the notary exam. The same exam is given to both 6-hr and 3-hr classes.
