We are looking for individuals or other Notary related companies who know others interested in becoming a notary public in California. We are currently spending a lot of money advertising and we would rather share that money with our notary friends instead. We have to advertise, but we now have a way to spread the advertising expense around in a beneficial way for all of us.

How much are we paying?
$10 per person for the first 10 persons you refer to us who register for a standard or gold notary class and payment for the class is completed.

$30 per person beginning on the 11th person you refer to us who register for a standard or gold notary class and payment for the class is completed.

How do I get started?

Download the agreement here in PDF format. Once you have read the agreement, sign it and complete the W-9 tax form as required.

We will process your agreement and provide you with a sales vendor number. All of your marketing materials should have this sales vendor number so we know to pay you if a registration comes into us which has not been processed personally by yourself. Any registrations you personally take should also reflect your vendor number.

Make sure that if you are not registering a student personally, your referral knows your vendor number and uses it at the time of registration because payments will only be made based on vendor numbers entered at the time of registration! The student must enter your vendor number into the "how did you hear about us" field found in on-line registration form or must report your vendor number to us by phone or fax at the time of registration.

In order to receive reimbursement, you must obtain a vendor number from us first!

Are there any restrictions to how our classes are advertised?
You may market our classes in any manner you wish as long as you do not engage in any illegal advertising methods and your advertising is honest. There is an unlimited opportunity for you in this program, but anyone who misrepresents Notaryclasses.com or makes false promises to our students will be held legally liable. Honesty and integrity are the most important assets you bring to the public and no amount of sales is worth compromising these attributes.

Suggestions for developing sales strategies.
Think about how many people you know or come into contact with who would be interested in starting a business as Mobile Notary or Loan Signer. This field offers opportunities for those who want to work only a few hours a day as well as those who want to make this work a full-time income. This career appeals to many types of people so it will be your goal to let those around you know about how they can get started.

How can you do that? Begin by telling friends, family relatives, co-workers, church organizations, and civic organizations. Be sure to register them personally or ensure that they provide your vendor number when calling us to register. From there, your opportunities are open. You could use car signs, for example, or develop business cards or flyers and pass out or mail to real estate offices, escrows, title companies, attorney offices and so on. Marketing would become your business so use your imagination but remember that you must never engage in illegal advertising and always be courteous towards others and above all, be honest in your presentation.
