| Certified Loan Signers who are knowledgeable, good with people and good at what they do generally command the best fees within the notary business. If you are a notary and want to become certified as an AP Certified Loan Signer (Association of Professional Notaries & Certified Loan Signers), you must complete this certification exam. Your registration for this exam includes two (2) attempts and is taken on-line. You will have 50 minutes to complete 50 questions and must receive a score of 80% or greater to pass.
Only the most experienced loan signers or those who have taken out Loan Signing Home study course should attempt this exam. If you are not an experienced loan signer, take our "live" Loan Signing Certification Seminar first. Our loan signing seminar includes this exam so you will not need to pay extra when you choose to take your AP Certification examination.
