Interpreters by telephone "on-demand" services are available M-F 8am-4pm excluding holidays. You may access an interpreter during these times by authorizing an initial charge of $8 now.
Once you receive your emailed receipt, call 800-873-9865 and give the operator your name and transaction ID number. If you need us to conference another phone number, please note that there is no extra charge unless the call is conferenced outside of the contiguous United States! You may use as many minutes of service as you choose and once the call is terminated, the same card will be charged the balance for the services used. You will receive a second email for these services within 24-48 hours. It is easy, fast and incredibly affordable!
If you do not want to use a credit card on-line, contact a representative at 800-873-9865 and they can assist you in person, but the procedure for accessing an interpreter will take a few more minutes. Please note that there is no refund for any reason including a no-answer by the conferenced party! You should ensure that the party is available for the call prior to requesting the interpreter.
The charges begin as soon as the interpreter is on the line, not while you are waiting for the interpreter. Once you provide the transaction ID number to the operator, you should expect to have an interpreter on the line within 1-3 minutes.
